如何使用测试治具的搬运文件和测试文件?

在测试一体机(带PSU的矿机,如S11、S15、S17、S19等)时,需要使用矿机自带电源给测试治具和算力板供电, 并正确连接 4 针调压电缆。
测试治具文件有两种类型,即搬运文件和测试文件。它们的功能不同。以下是简要说明:
1:搬运文件是测试治具的基础文件,其功能类似于计算机操作系统。因为蚂蚁矿机的ASIC芯片架构不同,所以在测试的时候,根据芯片型号,需要使用不同的搬运文件。搬运文件需要与芯片和矿机的型号相对应。
当您在某些时候遇到无效的转换文件,例如提示FPGA错误,测试治具屏幕显示方形图标,提示测试模式异常,或屏幕不显示,这些情况可能是由搬运文件异常,但这种情况很少发生。

2:测试文件 实际上,测试文件是一个模拟程序。每个型号的矿机对应一个测试文件。我们解压后放到TF卡的根目录下,然后插入测试治具卡槽(在此之前需要将对应的转换文件写入测试治具)。测试开始时,会模拟矿机运行时产生的所有动作,包括电源检测、最小和最大算力检测、ASIC温度检测、芯片号检测、信号传输检测等。算力板,我们主要依靠信号传输检测来检测坏芯片的位置。当检测信号到达坏芯片时,信号会被切断,测试治具会报出对应的ASIC序列号。需要注意的是,由于信号传输方向的原因,上报的芯片号通常不是坏芯片。它很可能是芯片的前一个或下一个。

Because the ASIC chip architecture of Antminer is different, different handling files need to be used according to the chip model during testing. The handling file needs to correspond to the model of the chip and mining machine.
When you encounter an invalid conversion file at some point, such as prompting an FPGA error, the test fixture screen displays a square icon, prompting an abnormal test mode, or the screen does not display, these situations may be caused by abnormal handling files, but this situation is very rarely happens.

2: Test file Actually, the test file is a simulation program. Each model of miner corresponds to a test file. We decompress it and put it in the root directory of the TF card, and then insert it into the test fixture slot (the corresponding conversion file needs to be written into the test fixture before this). At the beginning of the test, all actions generated when the miner is running will be simulated, including power supply detection, minimum and maximum computing power detection, ASIC temperature detection, chip number detection, signal transmission detection, etc. For the hash board, we mainly rely on signal transmission detection to detect the location of bad chips. When the detection signal reaches the bad chip, the signal will be cut off, and the test fixture will report the corresponding ASIC serial number. It should be noted that due to the direction of signal transmission, the reported chip number is usually not a bad chip. It is likely to be the previous or next chip.
